my favorite vet in the valley! when i had to put down my childhood cat they were extremely compassionate and kind, my next cat Sam is obviously not a huge fan of the vet but they have an area in the vet just for cats and schedules his appt for quieter times in the afternoon which goes such a long way with making it less stressful for him. The team at Countryside Veterinary Health is wonderful. The compassion and care is definitely part of the culture at this clinic. Our black lab was diagnosed with IVDD. They took time to explain our options and supported us with our decision to not spend money on a CT scan to verify it was not cancer but instead use the cost of what a CT scan would be to go all in on laser therapy and acupuncture that possibly could help our beloved girl regain the use of her legs because of the IVDD. Unfortunately the odds were not in our girls favor and the condition did progress and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our beloved Nyx. That day was awful, but the love, care and compassion of customer care staff, techs and doctors comforted us. So many gave us hugs, kind words and so much love to our Nyx. Thank you so much to this wonderful team who did so much to help our Nyx get better over about an 7 week span. Your care and love of animals is very evident!

There was a slight mixup of which CountrySide vet we had to go to (we called one and made an appointment and then went to a different one as I didn't realize there were multiple offices), but they were incredibly kind about the mix up and notified the other office we were coming. Then when we got to the correct office, the initial vet we were supposed to see was running behind or was busy, so we had a bit of waiting to do. The office then asked us if we would like to see a different vet so we didn't have to wait (it was our first time with our dog, Ciri, so it didn't matter to us), and then another vet came in and helped us right away. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding about our dog's health and even gave us new insight as to why my dog might be having chronic problems. She gave me multiple options as to what to do to remedy these issues for my dog, and was up front about the cost of them all too. Speaking with her made up for the waiting in SPADES and I was incredibly happy with the service. Definitely will be bringing my other animals here too!!

I’ve only been here a couple times so far and the facility is very nice and I really enjoyed meeting everyone here. The only complaint is that my dog had poop on him when I picked him up for his neuter and that got all over my car and I had to clean it up and I had to come back after picking him up because they forgot my surgical vest for my dog. But this was made aware to them and they were very sorry about it. All and all good experience thus far . And they’ve been super super helpful with any questions or concerns we’ve had after the surgery !
